Privacy Policy — AGT Pulse

AGT Pulse is a social media management tool built and operated by Ankush Gupta Tech for our own Instagram Business Account (@ankushguptatech). This policy explains what data AGT Pulse accesses through the Instagram/Meta Graph API, how it's used, and who it's shared with.

AGT Pulse is an internal tool — it manages only our own connected Instagram account. It is not a public app that other people log into or create accounts with.

Information we access

Through the Instagram Graph API, AGT Pulse accesses:

Our own account's posts, captions, and media
Comments left by other Instagram users on our own posts
Basic engagement metrics (reach, likes, comments, saves, shares, follower count) for our own posts

We do not access private messages, personal profile information beyond what's publicly visible, or any data belonging to accounts other than our own.

How we use this information

Comment text is read to classify each comment (e.g. question, positive feedback, spam) and, where appropriate, to draft a suggested reply using an AI language model.
Post performance metrics are used to understand which content resonates, so future posts can be planned more effectively.

A human reviews and approves every action before it happens. No comment reply and no post is ever published automatically — the business owner receives a draft via a private notification and must explicitly approve it before anything is posted publicly under our account.

Third-party services we use to process data

Google Gemini API — processes comment text and post content to generate classifications, draft replies, and generate captions/scripts.
Pollinations.ai — generates abstract background imagery for posts; does not receive comment or user data, only descriptive text prompts.
Meta/Instagram Graph API — the platform this tool operates on.
GitHub — hosts rendered image/video assets used in our posts (not personal data).
Telegram — sends private notifications to the business owner only, for reviewing and approving drafts. Not used to contact or message any other person.

These services process data only as needed to provide the functionality described above. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with any other third party for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Data storage and retention

Data (including comment text and classifications) is stored in a private database operated by Ankush Gupta Tech, used only to operate this account. It is retained for as long as needed to operate the account and improve how we respond to our audience.

Your rights

If you've commented on one of our posts and would like your comment data removed from our internal records, contact us at the email below and we'll action the request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as AGT Pulse's functionality changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
